Facility is under staffed which puts undue hardship on their current staff and decreases the ability for teamwork. Communication of expectations from leadership to staff is lacking which results in unclear direction and confusion among the staff. Training of new staff is often incomplete before they are expected to work independently. Design of building does not allow for safe use of mechanical lifts for toileting.
