The rooms are dirty. The furniture is very old and most of the beds are crank beds. The electric beds don't work and the mattresses are nasty and stained. There are no phones in the patient rooms. The food menu is two choices. Not one is cardiac or diabetic. They are served the same breakfast every day. The food I'd cold and are given only water or tea to drink. Once the kitchen closes at 8pm staff do not have access to the kitchen if a patient or resident would like something to eat. Nursing staff is short. The shared shower rooms are filthy and there's always issues with plumbing. They're also always short on supplies for every care needed. Never will I ever allow my mother stay there again and will advocate for others to not as well.
