Brightmoor Nursing Center

This place is so short staffed and employees here are absolutely rude, they yell, they allow residence call light to go unanswered for a very long time they ignore it, some residence absolutely torture the cnas, food is only pork or chicken on rare occasions beef! Employees are constantly loud early in morning making it impossible to sleep at all Night Shift sleeps in dining room watching tv and residence lights continue to go off. need employees that actually care for their residence allow them to shower or bathe more than 2x a week, employees that actually want to work that has morals, respect, value! A doctor who will listen/ pay attention to the needs of their residence! This place needs to allow the residence not feel like they’re in a prison Residence are only allowed 30.00 of their income which doesn’t allow them to do anything at all or get what they may want other than the food that is served to them
