Arbors At Minerva

I recently had a loved one pass away at Arbors at Minerva, and could not have been more impressed by the outpouring love and attention the staff provided to her. These folks are genuinely in the right profession and have found their calling to provide care to their residents. The staff that I interacted with were so kind, attentive and truly went above and beyond to care for my loved one as if they were their own family. The nurse aides Kristi, Courtney, Tiffany, Lacy and Bressa were awesome and so caring. Chelsea even came in to sit with me on her night off so I “wouldn’t be alone,” and for that, I could not have been more grateful. Barb and Erin were some of the best nurses I’ve ever seen, were top notch and I would not hesitate to have them care for any of my loved ones. When people typically think of nursing homes, horror stories are always what comes to mind, but I can tell you, Arbors at Minerva breaks that mold. It is a clean facility with the most caring and compassionate staff I have ever seen. I cannot express my gratitude to them enough.
