I am not totally excited about this place. My loved one doesn't exercise at all. I have to constantly call and make sure they are cleaned and their clothes are always somewhere else. So disappointed in the quality of care and concern. I believe that people should be cared for like it was your loved one. So disappointed

I pick my husband up one day a week and bring him back home for the day. He has dementia. Every time I pick him up, he is dirty, his hair is dirty, his clothes are dirty and at times, not even his clothes. He complains about gnats in his room (which I believe a cup of apple cider vinegar could resolve). They accept smokers which is the reason he is there. Terrible communication and response to family concerns!! We don’t have the funds to go elsewhere!!! Heartbreaking.
