This facility provided POOR care to a family member. They were in there for 5 days and the family member was not well taken care of. This facility has casued severe trauma to the family member and currently fighting for his life. After a very short stay it was brought to our attention that the service and care of our loved one SHOWED EXTREMENT NEGLECT which has caused an emergency room stay for SEVERE DEHYDRATION and other major symptoms directly related to the NEGLECT from the staff at Fairmont Skilled Nursing home. This facility should be held liable for the lack of care they provided and BLATANT NELIGENCE. THIS FACILITY IS HORRIBLE
