You expect more when you pay more, however this is not what you get in Memory care. Activities are the same as any other nursing home. They say they are specialized but they are not. Communication is not consistent between the shifts and they blame each other when hearing aides don’t get charged and teeth aren’t cleaned. There are a few caring staff but this company needs consistency. My mil recently passed there and the young aide didn’t know to call family and tell us. Look at other places first because for the price, you might as well choose a regular nursing home.
