My relative resides here and is always complaining about not being taken care of. They are bedridden and their biggest complaint is not being changed. They have to lay around in a dirty diaper sometimes for 6 to 8 hours before they can get someone to come change them. Food is subpar at best and their communication is nonexistent. Mostly staffed by temporary agencies so these folks could care less about the tenants. What a disgrace.
