Staff: The staff here is extremely below par. The staff specifically the CNA's for the most part are rude, uncaring, and disrespectful. Mostly because they are from staffing agencies which explains the quality of care received. Food: The food is the quality of and served typically as prison food. The CNA's make you feel as though you are a prisoner. There are no meal plans for any special conditions such as diabetes. Food comes as Option 1 and Alternate Option only. My meals I request soup and salad and the food provided is never what I had ordered. Physical Therapy: It is adequate with a decent staff the issue is that they have no equipment to adequately rehab you. Overall: The rehab of the facility is woefully sub par because of lack of equipment. Otherwise this is a place you take your family member to die because you no longer care about their wellbeing. The nurses are decent but neve around unless they are giving out medicine. The CNA's are atrocious.

It is my opinion the place needs to be shut down until it is brought up to the necessary standards and the nursing staff is a better quality is either hired and the better nurses on staff is reeducated. The aides are terrible and need to be fired. The good ones can be retained and there is laterally only a couple of them. The hiring practice of just to put a body in a position has got to stop, the residents need better care than they are providing. The physical therapists and those who will work with is great the facility though is terrible. Food is tragic and served like you are in prison and you are treated as such by the staff and food service staff. There are no meal plans for any reason or issue like diabetes. They cannot handle it. This place is very sub par as far as both quality and care.
