My mother in law has been there for almost 3 years and this is the worst place to take a love one. You walk in there and it smells like pee, they don’t take care of their patients needs. They don’t do PT when she needs it, let her rot in the hospital bed and wheelchair. My husband can’t even know any information on his mom at all, that’s not right. She needs to be bathed and cared for and not getting yelled at. This place should be shut down, the nurses are terrible and should be treating the patients better instead of sitting there or smoking outside. Also we buy her stuff and they take it or throw it in the trash. She also needs hearing aids and no one knows where they are. Hopefully this place gets shut down for good. It also would be nice to inform love ones that they have covid before they come up, every time my husband goes up he comes back with covid they need a lot better care and updating love ones.

My mother was a patient there and I had many concerns. The first time we went to see her you could not go in the front door because the snow had not been removed from the main entrance or stairs. Every time we went she had not had any personal care or was dressed. This was just prior to lunch. Her lunch would always late, one day it arrived at 2:30. You never knew who the charge nurse was. There was just no routine for her. She was in bed when we got there and would have to ask for them to get her up for meals. The whole building was run down and lawn furniture with snow had not been removed, it really could use a painting throughout. I was just really amazed a facility in this disarray could be open. I don't know how this place could pass inspection.
