Laura Certa has been in the senior care industry for 22 years, 19 in the Indiana Market. Having started in the bookkeeping and billing side of long-term care gave Laura a solid foundation to move into the sales and marketing arena with great success in 2007. Laura has held positions at Regional and VP levels of leadership for the last 7 years within the Midwest footprint and has contributed on several local boards. The skills her previous employers have appreciated the most are her organizational and follow-up abilities as well as her leadership and networking connections within the community. Laura is a Certified Senior Advisor as well as Dementia Care certified through DCE. Laura is committed to forging meaningful partnerships with the seniors and families she serves in the Northwest Indiana region. Supporting successful transitions to senior living through the discovery of best-fit solutions for her clients is both an honor and a privilege. Celine Certa Najdeski has grown up around the senior care industry as her mother’s career has been in the long-term care industry for 25 years. Celine often would donate her time to assist with an event or lead an activity, which led to her love for the senior community, following in her mother’s footsteps after college. Celine graduated from the Purdue University School of Business with a degree in Entrepreneurship and marketing in 2019 and took her first full time position in senior living at Story Point of Chesterton as the Community sales specialist. Celine decided to join her mother in business in 2021 bringing together her fresh ideas, drive, and passion for helping seniors with the seasoned industry knowledge and leadership of her mother, Laura Certa.
