After transitioning to project management in the healthcare industry in 2004, she discovered a passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. Working for a large health care system, Tracy lead several, system-wide initiatives focused on standardizing and improving the patient model of care in inpatient units as well as outpatient clinics. Today, she is an experienced placement agent dedicated to guiding families through this daunting and emotionally overwhelming process with a trustworthy, compassionate voice.
