About Tracy

Tracy Doeppers worked as a Project Manager for 20 years. After transitioning to project management in the healthcare industry in 2004, she discovered a passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. Working for a large health care system, Tracy lead several, system-wide initiatives focused on standardizing and improving the patient model of care in inpatient units as well as outpatient clinics. Today, she is an experienced placement agent dedicated to guiding families through this daunting and emotionally overwhelming process with a trustworthy, compassionate voice. She is dedicated to helping seniors make the transition from home to community with dignity and comprehensive support. And she is committed to providing families with the peace of mind that they have selected a community for their loved one where they will be safe and respected, and experience the highest quality of life possible.
