Allison Green has worked in healthcare for over 20 years as a Doctor of Audiology, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of older adults with hearing loss. While practicing, her focus was on educating the patient, discussing their individual needs, and deciding together the best course of treatment. With most of her training and experience involving older adults, she has extensive knowledge of the aging process and the unique challenges this population faces. Building on this experience, now, as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Allison works side-by-side with families who need help finding care options for a loved one, whether that be at home or in a community such as independent living, assisted living, or memory care. Her services are free of cost to the family and she offers a very hands-on approach by meeting with clients face-to-face and accompanying them on tours of the different senior living communities. Allison opened Assisted Living Locators Chicagoland West with the mission of saving families the stress and emotional turmoil that is too often a part of navigating senior living options.
