I had barely completed the online form for information and Jenanne had contacted me, which today is unique. I listened to her every word and I knew I had contracted someone who was an extremely valuable resource. We continued our conversation by text and everything she stated to me was confirmed by my experiences. Of course, I began to rely on her more and more for resource information. During the time of interviewing facilities for mom I came to the end of the road of knowing what decision I needed to make. The family was at odds so again I turned to Jenanne. Even though she stated she was going to be out of town she responded to my cry for help immediately. Her insight and wisdom gave me so much peace in what path to choose.
