Working with Mark and Karyn has made the process of finding a residential care home for my mom incredibly seamless. We only had a few days to find somewhere and had no idea where to even begin. They took on the challenge and did all the legwork and research for us. Which was so amazing and we are so grateful, as this has been such a heartbreakingly difficult time. I can’t thank them enough.

Mark was great! I really did not know that they had a job where someone helps you find senior housing for your parent. I thought you just did it on your own. Now that I know you can have someone with knowledge and experience it really is the best way. You don’t have to call a round and see what places can do what your specific needs are Mark does that ahead of time. Also knowing all the Dr. forms and paperwork needed, knowing about contacts for different things. He really does more than show you places. He has seen a lot so it gives you a bigger picture. We couldn’t be happier and found a place right away!

I cannot say enough good things about the Wolff’s. I was very hesitant to use any resources to find new care for my mom with Dementia, but this power team went above and beyond to find the right placement for her at the right price for our budget. I was taken to care homes and facilities and they went with me every step of the way asking the questions I didn’t even think of. For example: I found a place I loved, but didn’t think really to ask about caretaker to resident ratios. We found that the place was not a fit after all and then they found me a place that I liked even better. This was all great, but then they followed up to call me after my deposit was paid and decision was made to see how else they could help me and to see how I was doing. The stress of finding the right place was lifted and what I was left with from the Wolff’s was just kindness. That kindness and hearing that we are in good hands has meant the world to me. I highly recommend the Wolff’s to anyone. 😊
