Bill Thompson left the Navy, where he served as a patrol pilot, he's since pursued a career in sales meeting the needs of both businesses and individuals in various roles. His most recent success had been thirteen years in telecommunications. There he honed his skills in problem-solving, needs assessment and negotiating. Having started Assisted Living Locators of Greater Richmond in the winter of 2017 these business skills have been put to effective use in his current role as an eldercare advisor. Through consistent and aggressive networking with senior sector professionals and referral development with health care providers and social workers, Bill has begun to see his franchise grow. He has found that helping seniors and their families when they are at crossroads in life’s journey to be immensely rewarding. Bill is happily married to Debbie who also has an extensive business to business sales background including sales management. She has continued in this capacity as they ramp up Assisted Living Locators in Richmond. Bill is very excited to be the first Assisted Living Locators franchise in Virginia and are pleased to help seniors and families navigate the challenge of finding caring providers in the Greater Richmond area and beyond.
