Bay Lake is a wonderful community nestled in a quaint neighborhood in Virginia Beach! The staff go above and beyond to get to know the residents and their family members, making them feel welcome in their new home.

I was going thru a very difficult and emotional time after hearing my loved one would need 24 hour care. Susan was so calm and caring and helped my emotional state and in finding the best place for my loved one. She took time to explain everything in detail and asked all the questions I didn't know to ask when visiting the facility I went to. I was so afraid and scared and she calmed my fears listening and answering all my concerns. She is truly a blessing and I can't thank her enough.

So easy to work with! Susan has responded positively to all my needs. I look forward to working with her further in this critical transition in my life.
