Kim is a senior-inspired nurse with over 30 years of experience helping seniors and their families plan for care in the beyond the hospital walls. Kim served in clinical and operational leadership positions with increasing scope of responsibility with ChristianaCare Health Home Health and BAYADA Home Health Care. Kim started her career as an RN as critical care nurse where she learned how to care for patients when they needed the most support. Kim shares the nursing skills learned early in her career carry over in her work today: empathy, problem solving and communication. Kim is creative and committed to helping find the best fit care for seniors - from home care to assisted living. Kim remains an active contributor to the Alzheimer's Association as a Community Educator for the Delaware Valley Chapter serving both Delaware and Pennsylvania.
