I have had mom in this facility for more than a year now, and it has been a blessing to be able to see my mom well, calm, and much happier. We as a family were discouraged, with no hope after trying different facilities but ever since she came to Mountain View from the very first day she was treated with respect. All the staff has worked together and have been communicating always with me. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. There is always room for improvement, but the key is to care and to keep the door of communication open and to make sure we the family advocate for our love ones. Thank you Mountain View Center of Clermont !
