●Job description These policies are amended to affect the probation and conditions imposed on Happy Home Care for elderly by California State Department of Social Services regulations and status governing the operation of adult residential facilities.

●Qualifications 1) Facility personnel shall at all times be sufficient in numbers and competent to provide the services necessary to meet resident needs. In facilities licensed for sixteen or more, sufficient support staff shall be employed to ensure provision of personal assistance and care as required in section 87608, postural support. Additional staff shall be employed as necessary to perform office work, cooking, house cleaning, laundering and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds. The licensing agency may require any facility to provide additional staff whenever it determines through documentation that the needs of the particular residents, the extent of service provided, or the physical arrangements of the facility require such additional staff for the provision of adequate services. 2) Staff shall be at least 18 years of age 3) The Staff shall have the basic qualification of first aid, CPR training, and abdominal trust technique. 4) Ability to speak, read and understand English 5) All personal shall be in good health, and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening, including chest x-rays or an intra-dermal test, performed by a physician not more than six months prior to or seven days after employment. A Physical exam& T.B clearance within the past 12 months before employment or within 7days after employment. 6) Prior to employment or initial presence in the facility, all employee and volunteers subject to a criminal record review shall: -Obtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by law or department regulation or -Request a transfer of a criminal record clearance as specified in section 87335(c) or -Request and be approved for a transfer of a criminal record exemption, as specified in section 87345(r), unless, upon request for a transfer, the department permits the individual to be employed, resident or be present at the facility. 7) All services requiring specialized skills shall be performed by personnel qualified by training or experience in accordance with recognized professional standards. 8) Residents shall not be used a substitutes for required staff but may, as a voluntary part of their program of activities, participate in household duties and other tasks suited to the resident’s needs and abilities. 9) Volunteers may be utilized but may not be included in the facility staffing plan. Volunteers shall be supervised. 10) The Staff will be supervised by the administrator and shall report to the administrator at all times. 11) The Staff must have the ability to treat residents with dignity and respect. 12) The Staff must be neat and clean, have the ability to prepare nutritious meals and be two-year knowledge in helping with personal car and clients need. 13) Assistance with proscribed medications which are self-administered. 14) Recognition of early signs of illness and the need for professional assistance. 15) Availability of community services and resources.
