I am so thankful to have my stepfather at Sagebrook. The staff are very friendly and helpful the facility is beautiful and I feel at home there. The food is great, the courtyard is lovely, and everybody smiles all around. During this pandemic especially, I am so relieved that he is in such a safe and caring environment.

This assisted living and memory care facility is located near Masonic and Geary next to the Kaiser Hospital on Geary. It was an older hospital that was converted into an assisted living facility. New management company has recently taken over.

The new management team at the property is great and has done a lot to improve the community. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly and they have a concierge to help with things like reservations or appointments. They also have a connection to Watermark University to offer classes and such.. Chef Jose does a great job with the food - plus you're right in the middle of San Francisco so when you get bored, you have options. We're very happy here!
