Let me start off by saying that nobody ever wants to send their loved one for end of life care to any place other than home. There’s truly no place like home. And the decision to find a place to care for a loved one is never easy. I was so fortunate to find Caring Hearts Cottage. My mother, Diana, spent her last 7 days at Caring Hearts Cottage under hospice care. She was a retired RN with 45 years’ home health and hospice care experience so the bar was set pretty high. We were there every single day and I have to say the care the Caring Hearts Cottage team gave my mother was exceptional and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. The entire caregiving team treated my mother and every other patient there like family. Everyone was amazing but I can’t help but give a special call out to Aaron, Robert, and Jhonna, who worked extra hard to make sure my mother was safe, clean, and comfortable, allowing her to pass with love and dignity. I can’t recommend Caring Hearts Cottage enough.

We chose this community because it was pet friendly. my father has a small dog and is very independent and loved this community and the surroundings. The staff do a en excellent job of having social activities everyday. The food choice also very good.

This community is very well maintained. They have beautiful outdoor grounds for the residents to enjoy. Also the rooms are very nice with nice views. They do offer Independent living, assisted living and memory care so people can age in place.

My mother had moved into this community when it was still under Sunrise into their memory care unit. She really thrived at the community. The staff does a good job of involving all the residents in the dialy activities. It is now under Ivy but the staff still is the same. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for Memory care

Since getting this wonderful chef 3 months ago, Chef Wannisha Harris, I simply say the food is amazing and that she truly has a magical cooking ability. When I eat sometimes I feel like I'm getting a big hug. Thank you Chef Harris AND all the cooking staff under you. When a person's stomach feels comfort and warmth in the food they eat they are truly happy. Keep up the good work Chef Harris and kitchen staff. Thanks much!
