I have been working here at Colonial for over a year, previously in a different position and now as the Activities Director. I have the privilege of interacting with all the residents, even at the same time. They fill me with joy when I have a sad day and they make me smile. They learn from me and I from them. With their ideas, they give me more creative ideas so that our facility is much more harmonious and beautiful. And now I have a new/old General Director. New because he started over, and old because he worked at my Center for many years in the past. This director knows everyone and their tastes, and having a lot of experience at the center, he trains me and gives me very good ideas that, together with mine, complement each other to improve every day and for our Colonial to grow and become more familiar every day.
