I was very scared to move my mom into a supportive living facility, the director of this facility had my back every step of the way from start to finish and made the process seem-less, this was not an easy decision as most know if they care for a LO, my mom is happy here, the head nurse answers my texts no matter the time of day, the doctor that sees the residents noticed my mom had a UTI and had her on antibiotics right away, my mom has gained 26 lbs since moving in to her apt, her heart doctor was impressed at how well she was doing in such a short amount of time, the dining area could use some improvements as far as I noticed some heaters broken and ceiling issues, but that has no effect on the great food they serve, my mom LOVES IT! She has been here 4 months now and thriving, she was even able to bring her cat Pariah with her which was a huge plus with her dementia, the residents are nice, staff is always friendly and very helpful.
