Read my reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook, where I could write more. Stay away from this place. It has gone downhill significantly and is charging way too much for what residents receive. Frontier Management runs the Auberge for the owner and they are a poor company. They have hired poor staff to run the facility and it shows.

Initially facility was good but turnover has resulting in inconsistencies in management resulting in poor staffing, care and med management. Can’t seem to keep up w/routine maintenances/housekeeping/ billing issues resulting in families being overcharged for mos. w/out reimbursement. Management repeated changed yet the billing has never been corrected even after meeting w/new director. Communication is poor. MSW+ombudsman staff intervention w/out any resolution, no reimbursement. Director is unprofessional, passive aggressive, combative, argumentative and takes no responsibility. Reported reoccurring thefts of resident’s personal belongings dismissed even after reporting to police. Staff misplaces blame on residents:families. Cited by state for not reporting resident incidents. No communication from corporate to help and resolves issues.
