The reviews provide a mixed perspective on two retirement communities in Houston: Clearwater and The Watermark at Houston Heights. Clearwater receives praise for its calming architectural design, engaging activities, and professional staff, particularly Brittany, the senior leasing agent. However, there are concerns about unprofessional management, with reports of inappropriate behavior and poor handling of staff, which raises doubts about the community's reliability. In contrast, The Watermark at Houston Heights is consistently lauded for its exceptional environment, likened to a five-star resort. Visitors and residents appreciate the wide range of activities, high-quality amenities, and attentive staff. Danielle Zeringue and Trinity Truong are highlighted for their professionalism and care, contributing to a seamless transition for new residents. The community is described as warm, elegant, and inviting, with excellent dining experiences and a strong sense of belonging fostered by the staff. The Watermark is also noted for its suitability for higher-functioning Alzheimer's patients, with employees who are kind and genuinely care for the residents. Overall, while Clearwater has its merits, The Watermark at Houston Heights stands out for its superior service, beautiful facilities, and a strong sense of community, making it a preferred choice for many seeking a retirement community in Houston.

I have visited 10 different senior facilities ranging from independent to assisted to memory care. I can tell you First Hand that this is a most amazing facility and staff. Period. There are all 3 levels of care. I’ve already referred another resident from another facility and they love it too. Don’t take my word for it though… just tour it and you’ll be sold too. It’s been 3 months and i stay amazed every day. The daily resident activities, the staff under Ernest (executive director) and the enthusiasm and professionalism of the Naya’s … just simply 100!
