Treemont Health Care Center P C Unit is a Continuing Care Retirement Community and Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care Center for residents with specialized needs such as IV therapy, wound management, orthopedic car, and sub-acute care. The community also offers 70 beds plus Independent Living, Independent Plus, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation.
Treemont has a capacity of 54 residents, plus a physician in geriatric medicine, physical and occupational therapists, a dietician, Licensed Social Worker, activity director, RNs, LVNs, and certified Nursing Assistants. On the other hand, this welcoming community offers a family-friendly atmosphere and regular scheduled activities such as poetry readings, BINGO, exercise classes, bible study, bridge, crafts, popcorn socials, music performances, and movie nights.
