About Wind Crest

The Wind Crest Story



We opened in 2007 to meet the Denver area’s growing demand for senior living and continuing care. Our first apartment homes sold quickly, and our community continues to grow with the recent addition of new residence buildings such as McHenry’s Crossing, Parry Landing, and The High Line Overlook. Amenities include Burton’s Steakhouse, Timberline Tavern, the TV studio, and the Arts and Enrichment Center.



Currently, our gated, 84-acre campus includes more than 780 independent living apartment homes, two clubhouses, and a continuing care neighborhood. At last count, our dedicated staff totals 553!
