Erickson Senior Living is a premier provider of independent and continuing care communities across the United States. With a commitment to delivering exceptional care and services to their residents, their mission is to create communities that improve the senior living experience. Erickson also works with resident-led councils to ensure that residents are an integral part of shaping the community experience. Erickson is led by CEO R. Alan Butler, who has led the organization for the past 14 years.

Founded in 1983, Erickson holds 42 years of industry experience, operating campus-style senior living facilities across 11 states. Erickson also operates the largest integrated health and wellness system for residents through the Erickson Health Medical Group, which has earned a 5 star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for four years in a row. Erickson also awarded an impressive $8.6 million in scholarships for Erickson student employees since 2021.
