My wife and I moved to StoryPoint in Naperville on October 2, 2024. The senior living community is very welcoming and staff is very helpful. We are both vegetarians and the menu in the cafeteria is not similar to what we were used to. The chef is trying to add vegetarian dishes. Overall, this is a good place to live.

Thank you so very much for the great time I had at my Monarch Staycation. I can tell that you put a lot of time & effort into the schedule to give me a great feeling of what Monarch is all about. The food was wonderful. The servers are the best I’ve ever seen, especially Josh, Thursday dinner server. He anticipated all our needs, offering other options for my granddaughter because she is allergic to dairy. The Spanish Tapas dinner with music was wonderful as was the “Cruisin’ with the Loop” concert. When my granddaughter was put into her car seat she said that she wanted to go back “there” (Monarch} instead of going home. Looks like she really enjoyed herself. Thank you, again. Paula

My parents live here. The move was brought on by an emergency and Nathan was so helpful in helping my brother and I make the hard decision and throughout the transition. Now a year and a half later they are doing well. They enjoy the activities and the opportunity to talk to other people on a daily basis (they were pretty much shut ins before). Everyone on staff is so friendly and we appreciate knowing that someone is always nearby if they need help.
