The best way to understand our community’s mission? Think back, when Hurricane Irene struck New Jersey. The niece of a Monroe Village prospect called her Senior Living Sales Counselor. Her aunt was stranded without power. Could we help? Our Counselor went to her home, helped her pack and brought her back to our community. He settled her in and introduced her to friends who helped her feel comfortable. After the storm ended and power returned to the area, our Counselor drove the aunt home, helped her unpack, and even made sure her medication dispenser was working properly.
