From the moment we took a tour at WestMark with Irene and the help we got from Ross, to the moment we brought mom to memory care at WestMark, we have had nothing but positive experiences. Staff is genuinely caring and compassionate! You can sense the love and concern that they all have for the residents. They are kind and patient with answering questions. The facility is clean and smells nice! WestMark is wonderful!

I arrived at Madison Estates the day after I left a rehab facility after a knee replacement. I felt as if I had arrived at a resort with an amazing pool area with brightly colored umbrellas where we have had celebrations with music and delicious food and drinks! The staff here treat us respectfully with kindness and are dedicated to caring for our well being. You have to be a special kind of person to work here! We are a family here and we take care of each other!! I’ve been thrilled to have met so many wonderful people with interesting lives which has made for a great experience in our community! There are so many amazing activities planned for us on a daily basis here as well as daily field trips to area attractions and restaurants. . I previously lived in another independent living facility and Madison Estates has been an amazing positive change for me!! I love my life here and feel blessed on a daily basis!
