Arrow Senior Living manages 37 properties in several states and is led by CEO and Founder Stephanie Harris. With over 35 years of experience in the senior living industry, Ms. Harris specializes in turnaround solutions for senior living, and has pioneered the use of several advanced technologies in the senior living sector, such as fall prevention technologies, predictive health monitoring, and an application of technology to dining that helps resident adhere to dietary restrictions. I met a few residents and they were candid about living here. They had such great things to say. If you're looking for a nice place that isn't stuffy or snooty and feels welcoming, this is the place. My mom has been at Kingsland Walk for three years in Memory Care. In all the years we have been here, we could not be more satisfied. The Executive Director runs a great operation, is supportive of the families, residents and employees. The Memory Care Director, Tanika is one of a kind. She works so hard and her compassion for each resident is amazing. She and her staff are kind-hearted, patient and hard working. The entire staff from maintenance to housekeeping, front desk and caregivers are top notch. We feel blessed. The building is clean. My mom is safe and everyone feels like family.

We could not be more happy with Vitalia Strongsville. Before moving my in-laws to Vitalia they were at another assisted living in the area which did not compare to the care they have received at Vitalia Strongsville. The employees make it a point to make meaningful connections with the residents and you do not find that everywhere. My father in law was in memory care before he passed and he received great care. The nursing staff was great and always kept us in the loop. When his condition worsened they had their hospice team, Cypress right there to assist our family with end of life care. Vitalia plans fun, family friendly events through out the year for residents and their families. From trick or treating to Easter egg hunts and a Christmas tree lighting with a wonderful dinner and a market with local small businesses so residents can shop without leaving home. If you are looking to tour senior living communities, put this one on your list.
