With 35 communities, Belmont Village employs over 4,000 employees to work with their residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Founded in 1997 and having been in business for 27 years, Belmont Village has grown to be a leading developer and operator of assisted living communities in the nation’s largest cities. Belmont Village offers the Whole Brain Fitness program for its residents. Designed to improve brain health for each and every resident, this program addresses the mind, body, and spirit in individual ways. The focus is on several principles that include finding the right nutrition, maintaining physical exercise, using mental workouts, continuing lifelong learning, finding ways to reduce stress, belonging to a strong social network, and having a sense of purpose.
