New Perspective Senior Living

New Perspective Senior Living is a renowned senior living provider committed to enhancing the lives of older adults through a holistic approach to care and support. Founder and CEO Ryan Novaczyk created the company in 1997 in honor of his mother Betty, who served in WWII and who later developed Alzheimer's disease. Ryan's experience as a caregiver led him to build a model for caregiving that could be delivered in a group setting.

New Perspective is known for its "Clean. Safe. Engaged." program which focuses on cleaning, protection, and monitoring to safeguard residents, team members, and visitors. Hand hygiene is emphasized, as is thorough cleaning using Bioesque botanical disinfectant to eliminate viruses and bacteria. Electrostatic disinfecting equipment enhances the effectiveness of sanitizers. We are beginning to deal with the very beginning stages of Dementia so this was something we hopped on right away when she presented us with this idea. After researching and touring other facilities, we were all in agreement that Woodland was the best choice. The staff is knowledgably and friendly. The amenities were vast, I had no idea a community like this existed so we were all smiles during our 1st visit. Lyndsey was very friendly, and took her time to answer all our questions and make mom feel even more welcome. Mom had always planned to leave at the end of March. Yesterday she informed us that she has decided to stay as a permanent resident at Woodland. We couldn't be happier! Knowing mom is well cared for has been a huge weight lifted. Thank you to the entire staff and community for welcoming mom!
