Our experience with The Seneca has been beyond expectations. First, the aesthetics of the place are warm and comforting. Secondly and more importantly, the staff providing support for my mother has been outstanding. They are always offering their services and are more often than not engaged with the residents. My visits are always greeted with a friendly hello and anything my mom needs has been met with little to no trouble. I would recommend The Seneca to anyone.

We moved Mom to The Seneca in April 2022. It was the best thing we could have done. The staff was welcoming, her spacious, gorgeous one bedroom apt has a balcony and 12 foot ceilings and we were able to customize fixtures, closets and set up similarly to her living room and bedroom in FL Food is delicious. This mattered. We compared all the top places. While it was new and not filled up due to opening during COVID… we found that to be a huge benefit. Not overwhelming for someone new and managing early memory challenges. She attends lectures, art classes, PT, concerts and loves sitting outside dining & having a glass a wine. I live close by and pop over often and almost always find her downstairs with friends. Management has been incredibly supportive. When she needed extra care for a few weeks, the incremental change was small and explained. The billing office has made it very easy for me submit for reimbursement from insurance. She is healthier and happier. So glad we found it.
