Gilpin Hall

Gilpin Hall is one of the best nursing homes in Delaware! The Staff provide tender loving care to the residents. It is also one of the best places to work! I worked here for 11 years. I was so sad to leave because I enjoyed working at Gilpin Hall. I considered Gilpin Hall my second home. I left due to a better opportunity that came my way. Gilpin Hall puts residents needs first above everything else, the management takes time to address any resident, family or employee issues right away, they are willing to give a listening ear and make any necessary changes to correct the issue in a timely manner. From the Executive Director, Administrator, DON, Administrative staff, Managers of Various departments, PT/OT/Speech Therapy, Activity Dept, Dietary, Housekeeping, Nursing supervisors, Nurses, CNAS, they love the residents, they care for the residents sincerely. The facility is well taken care of and clean. This is the nursing home that I would pick for my loved ones.
