My mother recently moved to The Palace Renaissance from The Palace in Coral Gables and we could not be happier. They made the transition very easy and the management has been extremely warm and responsive. Very happy.

My grandmother lived here for several years. We witnessed the best care and loving facility toward all residents at this home. She would express happiness when we visited. She had come from a nursing home and preferred this setting, as it is a house shared by other residents with their caretakers. She was supported by professionals and received appropriate care as needed. My grandmother lived to be 95 years old under their care. With sincere love and appreciation, thank you!!

I have been working here at Colonial for over a year, previously in a different position and now as the Activities Director. I have the privilege of interacting with all the residents, even at the same time. They fill me with joy when I have a sad day and they make me smile. They learn from me and I from them. With their ideas, they give me more creative ideas so that our facility is much more harmonious and beautiful. And now I have a new/old General Director. New because he started over, and old because he worked at my Center for many years in the past. This director knows everyone and their tastes, and having a lot of experience at the center, he trains me and gives me very good ideas that, together with mine, complement each other to improve every day and for our Colonial to grow and become more familiar every day. Very Caring and Loving place

Good evening my mother-in-law her name is Sara. Everybody knew her at the nursing home because she was there for over 15 years of her life. She suffered from dementia and she did get Covid in 2020. She fought Covid three times. She passed away today but she was cared for at the nursing home. The nurses were great. The staffing was awesome and Gentiva hospice care was great as well. They had me informed of everything Had no issues. Nursing Home was great staffing. Nurses have nothing bad to say my mother-in-law did suffer from dementia but they gave her the best care they could give to a person. I recommend Fair heaven.
