Went to visit and there was Noone at the greeting desk. Anyone could enter and that's a concern to the safety of the residents. The seating area where they watch television is to small to accomadate the residents. Maybe remove the dinnng table and chairs and replace with comfy chairs. I noticed that the residents room reeked of urine. Paint was in spots on the floor. Also seems the only gathering place was outside in the front of the building or across the street in front of the parking lot Also they all are either in a wheel chair or scooter. Not a safe place for these seniors to be gathering.
