Wonderful community! The managers and care staff are so amazing. It just feels like family as soon as you enter the community. I love that the memory care unit has their personal resident coordinator. She always makes sure the families concerns are addressed in a timely fashion . She is very hands on with her staff. You can guarantee your loved one is safe. The executive Director is always available she performs care meetings and doesn’t miss one. I’m so happy we chose Carriage Crossing for my father!
