I go to visit my son he’s in a Covid ward. I walked to the desk and asked the nurses where was room was and they direct me to the room never telling me that was the Covid isolated ward. If you don’t know where you’re going to find this location of Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oakview in Silver Spring you will be lost. There’s a little 9 x 12 sign on a pole directing you to their location with the arrow going straight up in the air covered with shrubs. You then have to go down a small snake road is wide enough for one car to go through until you can get to the facility entrance. The entryway was dirty, chipped up floor and reeked of urine when you walked into the lobby. This facility need to be re-staffed and renovated.
