Just don't have your parents, grandparents or any other relatives admitted here. As a nurse...this place was so demoralizing to staff and patients. I won't go into detail, If a hospital suggests this place for rehab, your relatives will be much safer and happier with home health care..

Pleasant View Rehabilitation in Concord NH is the worst. My mother was sent there from the Concord Hospital to rehab after contracting covid which turned into pneumonia. Proud and strong she has suffered such degradation. When pushing the call bell to go to the bathroom the call is rarely answered before 30 minutes, and she loses her control. They do not follow her dialysis diet and have pushed antibiotics beyond necessary. She has constant diarrhea. She eats what she gets because she doesn't get what she checked off and it is always cold. Besides the fact that she is hungry all the time from lack of food. There is no schedule for PT and never ever gets it on a regular basis. None of this is helping my mother get stronger to go home. Improper diet, little rehab and I mean to have her report to her insurance company that what they are paying for is a scam. I would not give 1 star but had to, to report this abomination.
