During my stay at Our Ladies Center I have had a pleasant experience. The center is clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. The staff has done a great job. [Staff member] was so very helpful. She always answered my question or helped with ever I need. If she didn't know she found out the answer. Very pleasant. The nursing staff and CNAs tried to keep you very comfortable and happy. Many went above and beyond. The food was good and so was the coffee. Also the receptionist Debbie was very nice to talk with. Overall I would give it 5 stars. I am a rehab patient I still have a while to stay. Hope all stays the same.
