You can rest easy with this caring staff. What relative wouldn't want to have a wonderful place like this in times of need that has a loving caring and professional staff? They are providing a clean environment with delicious nutritious food. It certainly takes a weight off my shoulders and heart and surely will for you! What more could you ask for? I see Shannon and Josh setting a good example for the rest of the staff as a team to get the job done. I do want to thank them and the whole rest of the staff.

The Pines is a diamond in the rough. I used to work for Care.com. I used them and a couple top tier brokers in Charlotte to find the right place for my parents... always came back to The Pines. The location is amazing, grounds and building meticulous but most importantly, the staff there from the administrative team to the caregivers is heavenly. I'm so grateful on how they are taking care of my parents.
