I am writing to express my gratitude and wonderful experience our family has had at Mercer Hill. Our mother has lived there for about 2 and half years. Mercer Hill is safe and clean and has a wonderful community that looks out for your loved ones. The staff goes above and beyond to help the community feel welcome. Everyone has a place at Mercer. Our mom passed away this September. I want to Thank you again for all that you do. A very special thank you to Beth,Craig and all the ladies at the front desk and of course Dan for his patience with the thermostat. Thanks to the kitchen staff, I know it s hard to make everyone happy!!! Sincerely I will miss visiting you all.
