I live in Villas at Ashlake and there is not a shred of truth to the answered questions in the article. They are single family condos in quads of 4 in 80 units. There is also 1 duplex. This is not assisted living and there are no amenities other than a pool, open from Memorial day to Labor day, attached to a club house, which is great for gatherings and meetings. There is a small library on sight with a impressive selection of books and puzzles . A puzzle table is located in the adjacent "Living room".
