Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living receives predominantly positive reviews for its clean, well-maintained facility and friendly, professional staff. Many reviewers appreciate the spacious, private rooms and the inclusive pricing model that doesn't increase with additional care needs. The dining experience is frequently praised, with residents enjoying the food and the fine dining atmosphere. The facility offers a variety of activities, including crafts, bingo, and exercise classes, which contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere. The staff, including CNAs, kitchen, and administrative personnel, are often highlighted for their caring and attentive nature, with some residents and their families noting the personalized care and attention to individual needs. However, there are some criticisms. A few reviewers mention issues with management accessibility and responsiveness, particularly with specific staff members like Mike and Tom. Concerns about theft and the quality of food are also noted by some residents. Despite these issues, many families express relief and satisfaction with the care their loved ones receive, often describing the facility as a "cruise ship on land" or the "Don Cesar of Assisted Living Facilities." Overall, Magnolia Gardens is recommended for its affordability, quality of care, and welcoming environment. It is particularly noted for its ability to make residents feel at home and for the peace of mind it provides to families. While not without its flaws, the facility is generally well-regarded and remains a strong contender for those seeking assisted living options in the area.

They definitely can't handle memory care clients. they threw my mother in law out (while we were away on a cruise!) and we had to find a place to send her right away- which is practically impossible! She was exhibiting normal behavior for someone who has Alzheimer's and they couldn't deal with it- so they basically evicted her. No skills or compassion.
