What families are saying

We’ve gathered and summarized real family reviews from across the internet for you. Contact a Seniorly representative for details.
Towne Club Windermere receives mixed reviews from residents and their families. Many praise the facility for its beautiful, clean environment, friendly and attentive staff, and a wide range of amenities, including a pool, garden, salon, and various activities that keep residents engaged. The independent living apartments are described as spacious and well-designed, with some residents likening the experience to living in a resort or country club. The activities team is particularly commended for their creativity and dedication, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are notable criticisms, particularly regarding management and food services. Some residents report issues with slow service, dietary restrictions not being respected, and poor food quality. Concerns about management include accusations of incompetence, lack of compassion, and poor communication. There are also reports of theft and harassment, with some residents feeling neglected or bullied by the owner. Despite these issues, many residents and their families express satisfaction with the care provided, especially in memory care, and appreciate the efforts to maintain a safe and engaging environment during challenging times. The facility's proximity to family and a good hospital is also a plus for some. Overall, while Towne Club Windermere has its strengths, potential residents are advised to consider both the positive and negative feedback when making a decision.

This is resort style living… enjoy a fresh cocktail, while lying by the palm tree lined pool or jump in for aqua aerobics. The consistent staff is a great plus as they make you feel like you are being served in your private mansion. Their food is unbelievable… which is very hard to find in a community environment. Respect for the residents is very apparent and that speaks volumes to me, as a senior living referral service.
