I'm so glad I chose Brookdale for my home. It has great features like larger apartments at more affordable prices than other places and the property and views are beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the food is excellent. There's plenty of activities, weekly housekeeping, and transportation to health appointments, shopping & more. Everyone here is pleasant and obliging to make the residents' wishes come true as much as possible which makes me feel safe, secure and happy in my new home. We were looking for a two bedroom and also needed it to be pet friendly and Brookdale worked out very well for us.

Brookdale Chambrelle is going through a lot of management and personnel changes. Many residents have left in the midst of the change. It just doesn't boast the high level of service and patient care that it used to -- entirely too many examples to share here. While they hired a new director, there is a nurse or 2 that remain and spoil the level of care. While there are a few good staff, overall they fall short in patient care
