It's certainly one of the most luxurious senior living communities in all of Atlanta, you know the the location is pretty amazing. It's very easy access off 75 only 10 min away from the downtown area. Well, maybe like 20 min with traffic. But it's it's quite as I said. It's quite centrally located. It's in Buckhead

Great location and and and a really really well done, newly built community and courses specifically offers a full continuum of care there. So that means they're supporting older adults who have independent living needs.

Some of these more like new, large luxurious communities tend to, you know, be sort of either a Ccr which has a buy in, or maybe some other model. You and I have been talking a lot about luxury communities, and we've been looking at like New York and San Francisco, and and Corso has something that I've never seen before, which is, they have an onsite florist.
